Can I return my order?
We offer a 14-day return policy for products. The goods must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

How do I return my order?
To initiate a return, please use the link below to register your return. After registration, we will send you an email with instructions and our address information.

Can I exchange my item?
For exchanges, please contact us to arrange it. You will cover any price differences and shipping costs.

Are there costs for returning goods?
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

What if I receive damaged or defective goods?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective item for a refund or exchange.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?
If your package is returned to us, there will be a fee of DKK 129 for shipping and handling.
Make sure your package is packed as received.

Can I return or exchange personalized products?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized products. This is because the item is custom-made according to the customer's own wishes (for example name, date, picture or design) and therefore cannot be sold on to others. The exception only applies if the product has a manufacturing defect or deviates from what was ordered.
