Terms of sale
This purchase is governed by the below standard sales conditions for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. Consumer purchases over the internet are mainly regulated by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Cancellation Act and the E-commerce Act, and these laws give the consumer inalienable rights. The laws are available at www.lovdata.no .
The terms of this agreement are not to be understood as any limitation of the statutory rights, but set out the parties' most important rights and duties for the trade. The terms and conditions of sale have been drawn up and recommended by the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority.
1. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms of sale, information given in the ordering solution and possibly separately agreed terms. In the event of a conflict, separately agreed terms take precedence, as long as it does not conflict with non-derogable legislation. The agreement is additionally supplemented by relevant provisions in Norwegian law.

Buyer is the consumer who completes the order.
3. Price
The price quoted includes all taxes, fees and charges. No extra costs will be incurred after ordering without this being agreed with the buyer.
4. Conclusion of the agreement
The agreement is binding when the buyer has sent in the order. An exception applies if there are obvious writing errors in the offer or order, and the other party should have discovered this.
5. Payment
The seller can demand payment when the item is shipped. When paying by card, the amount can be reserved when ordering and deducted when it is dispatched. For invoices, the due date is at least 14 days after receipt. Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay by invoice.
6. Delivery
Delivery is considered to have taken place when the buyer or his representative receives the goods. If a delivery time is not specified, the item must be delivered within 30 days of ordering.
7. Risk to the product
The risk passes to the buyer when the goods have been delivered in accordance with point 6.
8. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has 14 days right of withdrawal from the day after the goods have been received. The right of withdrawal must be notified in writing before the deadline expires. Returns must be made within 14 days of notification. The buyer covers return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The buyer can examine the item, but must cover any reduction in value if the use goes beyond normal control. Seller repays no later than 14 days after notification, but can wait until the item is received in return.
9. Delay and non-delivery
If the seller does not deliver as agreed and it is not the fault of the buyer, the buyer can withhold payment, demand delivery, terminate the agreement and/or demand compensation. Claims should be advanced in writing.
The buyer can cancel the purchase if delivery is not made within a reasonable additional period, or if the agreed delivery time was decisive.
10. Defect in the product
The buyer must advertise within a reasonable time, and no later than two months after the fault was discovered. The absolute deadline is two years (five years for goods that are intended to last significantly longer).
The buyer can demand rectification or redelivery, price reduction, cancellation of the purchase if the defect is not insignificant, and/or compensation.
11. Buyer's default
If the buyer does not pay or fulfill other obligations, the seller can withhold the goods, demand payment, cancel the agreement and/or demand compensation.
The seller can charge the buyer for actual costs for uncollected goods, but not if the buyer is under 18 years of age.
12. Warranty
Any guarantees are in addition to the buyer's statutory rights.
13. Personal information
The seller is responsible for processing personal data. Information is only collected to fulfill the agreement. The information is not passed on without the buyer's consent, unless it is necessary or required by law.
14. Conflict resolution
Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. If agreement cannot be reached, the buyer can contact the Consumer Protection Authority at www.forbrukertilsynet.no or call 23 400 600.
