How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking to be activated. If you experience problems with the tracking, you are always welcome to contact us.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?
If your package is not picked up and therefore returned to us, a fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling. The fee depends on the country the order was shipped to.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
No. There is imposed no additional duties, taxes or import charges upon delivery. All applicable costs are already included in your order.
